Mind Override Refund & Cancellation Policy

Welcome to Mind Override!
This policy applies to all coaching services, packages, courses, and digital products provided by Mind Override. We’ve designed these guidelines to be clear and fair, ensuring a safe, supportive, and structured environment for your growth!
1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Live Coaching Packages Only)
We want you to feel confident in your 1:1 or group investment! We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your very first Live Coaching and Mentoring Package purchase with Mind Override.
How it works: If our live coaching and mentoring isn’t the right fit for you within your first 30 days, just email us at support@mindoverride.com.
Completed Sessions: If you have already completed live sessions during those first 30 days, your refund will be prorated to cover the sessions you used, and the remaining balance will be returned to you.
After 30 Days: All sales are final. Refunds are not available after this 30-day window, including for multi-month packages or unused sessions.
2. Digital Products & Self-Paced Courses
Because digital products, downloadable materials, templates, and self-paced online courses are delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales for digital products and self-paced courses are 100% final and non-refundable. The 30-day coaching guarantee does not apply to standalone digital assets or self-paced programs.
3. Payment Plans
If you choose a payment plan, your investment secures your dedicated space in our schedule. You are responsible for completing all scheduled payments for your full package term. Payment plans are non-cancelable after your first 30 days, and missed or failing payments may result in a temporary pause of your coaching sessions and support access until the account is brought up to date.
4. Scheduling & Rescheduling
Life happens, and we completely understand! To protect your momentum and respect everyone's calendar, please keep these rules in mind:
Advance Notice: Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to change a session time.
Reschedule Limit: You can reschedule up to 2 sessions per month, provided you give at least 24 hours’ notice.
Missed Sessions: Reschedule requests beyond the 2-per-month limit, or any request made with less than 24 hours' notice, will be counted as a used session and cannot be refunded, credited, or made up.
5. No-Shows & Exceptions
Scheduled sessions where a client does not show up without advance notice are forfeited. While our boundaries are firm to keep you accountable, we are humans too—verifiable sudden illnesses or severe emergencies will always be considered for exceptions at our sole discretion.
6. If We Need to Reschedule
If we ever have to reschedule a session due to illness, an unexpected emergency, or a conflict, we will offer you a new session time as soon as possible at no cost to you (even if it means extending past your package expiry date).
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within your initial 30 days, please email us directly at support@mindoverride.com with your name and purchase date. We will handle your request quickly and with total respect!
