Mind Override Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: February 16, 2026

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all Mind Override coaching services, programs, and digital products.

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (First Purchase Only)

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first purchase with Mind Override only.

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  • After 30 days, no refunds will be issued, unless required by law.

  • The guarantee does not apply to future purchases, renewals, or additional programs.

  • Refunds apply only to the original purchaser.

If coaching sessions have already been completed within the 30-day period, refunds may be prorated based on services already delivered.

2. Digital Products & Courses

Digital products, online courses, and downloadable materials are non-refundable once accessed, except within the 30-day first-purchase guarantee.

3. Payment Plans

If you choose a payment plan:

  • You are responsible for completing all scheduled payments.

  • Missed payments may result in suspension of services or course access.

  • Payment plans are not cancelable after 30 days from the first purchase date.

4. Scheduling & Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule sessions with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be considered a missed session.

5. Missed Sessions & No-Shows

Missed sessions without proper notice are forfeited and non-refundable.

We understand emergencies happen and may make exceptions at our discretion.

6. Company Cancellations

If Mind Override needs to reschedule due to illness, emergency, or scheduling conflict, we will offer a new session time as soon as possible.
