Welcome to Mind Override (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our website, booking services, or purchasing programs, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Services
Mind Override provides coaching, consulting, online courses, digital content, and related services.
Our services are educational and informational. They are not therapy, legal advice, or medical advice.
2. No Guarantees
We provide tools, strategies, and support, but results are not guaranteed.
Your progress depends on your effort, decisions, and circumstances.
3. Payments
All payments must be made in full or according to the agreed payment plan.
We use secure third-party processors (e.g., Stripe). We do not store full payment details.
Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of services.
4. Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first purchase with Mind Override only.
Any refund request for your first purchase must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the original purchase date.
After 30 days, no refunds will be issued, including for partially used coaching packages or accessed digital products, unless required by law.
The 30-day guarantee does not apply to any future purchases, renewals, or additional programs.
Refunds apply only to the original purchaser.
5. Scheduling & Cancellations
Clients may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged.
We may reschedule sessions due to emergencies or scheduling conflicts.
6. Intellectual Property
All content provided by Mind Override—including videos, worksheets, frameworks, and course materials—is owned by Mind Override.
You may not copy, share, resell, or distribute materials without written permission.
7. Confidentiality
We respect and protect client confidentiality and will not share personal information without your consent.
The only exceptions are situations where disclosure is required by law, court order, or when we believe there is a serious risk of harm to you or others.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to:
Use our services for illegal purposes
Harass or abuse others
Share course logins
Copy or distribute materials
Violation may result in termination without refund.
9. Limitation of Liability
Mind Override is not responsible for:
Personal or business decisions you make
Lost income or business opportunities
Technical issues outside our control
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services.
10. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party tools (booking platforms, payment processors, analytics, email tools). We are not responsible for their policies or actions.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Mind Override is legally registered.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated Terms.
