We are so glad you’re here! Mind Override (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is dedicated to helping you strengthen your mindset and reach your goals. By hanging out on our website, booking our services, or purchasing any of our programs, you’re agreeing to the Terms & Conditions outlined below.

We’ve kept things as clear and straightforward as possible so we’re always on the same page. If any of these terms don't feel like a good fit for you, we completely understand, but we do ask that you kindly refrain from using our website or services.

1. Services

Mind Override provides coaching, mentoring, online courses, digital content, and related services. Our services are educational and informational. They are not therapy, legal advice, or medical advice. Our services are intended for adults 18 years of age and older.

2. No Guarantees

We provide tools, strategies, and support, but results are not guaranteed. Your progress depends on your effort, decisions, and circumstances.

3. Payments

All payments must be made in full or according to the agreed payment plan. We use secure third-party processors (e.g., Stripe). We do not store full payment details. Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of services.

4. Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident in your growth! We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first live coaching and mentoring package purchase. If you decide the live program isn't a fit within your first 30 days, any refund will be prorated to cover the live sessions you have already used, and the remaining balance will be returned to you. Any refund request for your first purchase must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the original purchase date to support@mindoverride.com. After 30 days, no refunds will be issued, including for partially used coaching packages or multi-month packages. The 30-day guarantee does not apply to any future purchases, renewals, or additional programs. Refunds apply only to the original purchaser.

Digital Products & Courses: Because digital products, downloadable materials, and self-paced online courses are delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales for digital products and self-paced programs are 100% final and non-refundable.

5. Scheduling & Cancellations

Clients may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ advance notice, subject to a maximum limit of 2 reschedules per calendar month. Requests exceeding this limit or made with less than 24 hours' notice will be counted as a used session. No-shows and late cancellations are forfeited and cannot be refunded, credited, or made up, except at our sole discretion in verifiable cases of sudden illness or emergency. If Mind Override ever needs to reschedule due to illness, emergency, or an unexpected conflict, we will offer you a new session time as soon as possible at no cost to you.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Mind Override, including videos, audios, worksheets, frameworks, and course materials, is owned by Mind Override. You may not copy, share, resell, or distribute materials without written permission.

7. Confidentiality

We respect and protect client confidentiality and will not share personal information without your consent. The only exceptions are situations where disclosure is required by law, court order, or when we believe there is a serious risk of harm to you or others.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for illegal purposes

  • Engage in disrespectful, threatening, or abusive conduct toward Mind Override or others

  • Share course logins

  • Copy or distribute materials

Violations of the above may result in immediate termination of services without a refund.

9. Limitation of Liability

Mind Override is not responsible for:

  • Personal or business decisions you make

  • Lost income or business opportunities

  • Technical issues outside our control

  • Outcomes after concluding your coaching packages or courses

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

10. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party tools (booking platforms, payment processors, analytics, email tools). We are not responsible for their policies or actions.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll do our best to let you know about any significant changes. Continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

12. A Note on Scope

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and Disclaimer, make up the full agreement between you and Mind Override. If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining Terms continue to apply in full.
