Coaching

Coaching supports the consulting work by addressing the internal patterns that sabotage execution.

Coaching is used when mindset shifts are required — but always in service of execution.

Mentoring

Mentoring provides perspective when clients need experience-based guidance, not just analysis.

Mentoring includes:

  • Sharing proven frameworks and mental models

  • Offering perspective from experience (not theory) to shortcut blind spots

  • Helping clients make cleaner, faster decisions

Mentoring is practical, grounded, and applied selectively.
