April 2026 Group Coaching Cohort

This is a 3-month group coaching package where we will use The Override Method to make finally reaching your goals, or creating lasting change in any area of your life, achievable. Over the next 3 months, we will map your behavior patterns, figure out what’s getting in the way of you achieving your goals or lasting change, and completely replace them with what WILL make you successful. We will:

  • Work together in a cohort of 6-8 people

  • Meet for 12 live, 90-minute sessions (1 per week) for a deeper dive into the weekly asynchronous activities, tailor each lesson to you and your specific goal, and to learn and support each other.

  • Complete guided activities crucial to moving towards your goals

  • Be put in the hot seat during sessions

  • Receive individual attention in between sessions via email or WhatsApp

  • Leave each session and conclude each week with a specific action plan for your real-life goals.

There is no quick fix here. Lasting change does take time, but if you lock in and dedicate consistent effort and attention every day, you can get there a lot faster than you might think.
